Ingredients

  • 4 yellow potatoes
  • 125 ml of liquid cream
  • Beef broth
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • White Truffle Sauce T & C
  • 1 cotechino

Preparation:

The preparation of this dish is really very fast. The first thing to do is to wash the potatoes, peel, cut into cubes and cook them covered with the previously prepared broth;

When the potatoes are soft (try to mash with a fork), turn off the heat and blend all with an immersion blender; 

At this point you also add the cream and white truffle sauce, mixes even for a few minutes then add salt and pepper;

Now you just have to Serve and lay over the velvety two slices of cotechino previously cooked
